At the joint Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase at E3 2021, sponsored by the Summer Game Fest, Microsoft teamed up with the Rare development team to announce the third season for MMO Sea of ​​Thieve.
 
The upcoming content update will be called "A Pirate's Life", and it will be released in the second half of this month - June 22. In this case, the main event of this update will be the appearance of Captain Jack Sparrow and other characters familiar from the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, who will play the roles of the protagonists of the new adventure.
